Product Introduction

The skid-mounted flare is a modular combustion equipment that highly integrates the flare stack, burner, ignition system, safety protection unit and control module on a standard skid base. It is used to safely, efficiently and environmentally friendly burn and dispose of combustible waste gas, vent gas and emergency discharge gas generated in industrial production, realizing harmless treatment and emission compliance of harmful gases. It features factory prefabrication, integrated transportation and quick installation.

Working Principle

 

 

Combustible waste gas enters the flare system through the pipeline, first passes through the water seal tank for fire resistance and pressure stabilization, then is sent to the flare tip after condensate removal by the liquid knockout drum; after the control system detects the gas signal, it automatically triggers the ignition system (the pilot light ignites first, and the main burner ignites synchronously); the burner adopts a staged combustion structure, combining natural draft and forced air supply, so that the combustible gas and air are fully mixed and completely oxidized and burned at high temperature (≥800ºC), converted into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water; the whole process is monitored in real time by the PLC control system for temperature, pressure, flow and flame status. In case of abnormalities, it automatically alarms and triggers safety protection actions to ensure operation safety.
