Dusty gas is first drawn into the dust suction pipe network through the gas collecting hood by negative-pressure air flow, then enters the dust collector. Inside the collector, the cross-sectional area of the air flow expands and the flow velocity slows down-larger dust particles settle into the hopper under gravity, while fine dust enters the bag filter chamber with the air flow. When the dusty gas passes through the filter bags, dust is trapped by the bags via inertial impaction, sieving, diffusion and other effects; the purified air is discharged through the exhaust pipe after passing through the clean air chamber and fan. As dust accumulates on the filter bags, the resistance value rises. When it reaches a preset threshold, the dust cleaning system is activated: the pulse controller instructs the pulse valves to open, and the compressed air in the air tank surges into the filter bags through the injection pipes, causing the bags to expand and contract instantly to shake off the dust. The dust then falls into the hopper and is discharged by the discharge system.
Cabinet Structure System
As the pressure-bearing outer shell of the dust collector, it is generally manufactured using Q345B carbon steel welding technology, and its interior is divided into a clean air chamber and a dusty air chamber by a partition. The top of the clean air chamber is equipped with an access door and a quick-detach cover plate, while the side wall of the dusty air chamber is provided with observation windows and temperature/pressure measurement interfaces. The overall air leakage rate of the cabinet is controlled at ≤2%.
Filter Bag Filtration System
Filter bags are made of materials such as polyester fiber (PET) and glass fiber (PTFE), with their surfaces treated to form a gradient pore structure, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.99% (for 0.3μm particles). The filter bags are installed using a spring expanding ring structure or a rope suspension structure. For high-temperature working conditions, P84 polyimide or aramid fiber materials can be selected.
Pulse Dust Cleaning System
It adopts the row-type injection pulse technology, with core components including electromagnetic pulse valves, injection pipes, compressed air tanks, etc. The dust cleaning control uses a dual-mode of differential pressure feedback and timed control. The injection cycle is adjustable via PLC, and the air consumption per injection is 0.2-0.3Nm³ per valve.
Airflow Distribution System
The air inlet pipe is equipped with a variable-diameter acceleration section and multi-stage guide plates to form a stable rotating flow field for dusty gas. A silencer is installed in the air outlet pipe, controlling noise to ≤85dB (A). Large-scale dust collectors adopt a multi-chamber structure, with each chamber equipped with an independent air damper to achieve the offline dust cleaning function.
