The core of the elevated flare is controlled high-altitude combustion technology. Through the four-step process of "gas intake control → precise ignition → high-altitude combustion → safe emission", it realizes harmless treatment of industrial waste gases. The specific process is as follows
1. Gas Intake Control: Waste gas enters the flare system through pipe network, flame arrester and separator drum, automatically adjusts intake pressure and flow rate, separates condensate and impurities, avoiding flashback and liquid carry-over risks
2. Precise Ignition: The system automatically triggers the high-energy ignition device according to waste gas flow and concentration, with the pilot burner continuously burning to ensure instant ignition when waste gas enters
3. High-altitude Combustion: Waste gas is fully burned in the high-altitude flare tip, equipped with steam/air assisted combustion system to realize smokeless combustion. Combustible substances are converted into CO2and H2O, and toxic substances are decomposed simultaneously
