Working Principle
 
 
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) System for Waste Gas Treatment
1. Waste gas collection and pre-treatment: Collected waste gas enters pre-treatment unit to remove dust, droplets and other impurities to avoid blocking the combustion chamber;
2. Preheating: Preheat waste gas through waste heat recovery device to reduce fuel consumption;
3. High-temperature oxidation decomposition: Under 750-1100ºC high temperature, organic substances are oxidized and decomposed into harmless substances such as CO2and water vapor;
4. Heat energy recovery: High-temperature flue gas recovers heat to realize heat energy recycling;
5. Compliant discharge: After subsequent treatment (optional), flue gas is discharged through the chimney up to standard.
