Working Principle

 

 

• 1. Energy Storage: The internal power module of the igniter converts mains power into high-voltage DC power, which is stored in the energy storage capacitor to accumulate sufficient ignition energy.
  2. High-Voltage Discharge: Triggered by the control module, the energy storage capacitor releases high-voltage energy instantly, generating high-energy electric sparks (voltage up to tens of thousands of volts) through the ignition electrode.
  3. Gas Ignition: The high temperature generated by the electric spark (up to 3000ºC or more) contacts the combustible gas, quickly igniting the gas to form a stable flame.
  4. Status Feedback: The ignition detection module monitors the ignition status in real time, feeds the signal back to the PLC or control terminal, and realizes ignition success confirmation, fault alarm and secondary ignition (if ignition fails).
