Working Principle

 

 

1. Gas Collection & Delivery:Combustible waste gas enters flare head through knockout drum and flame arrester.
2. Full Mixing:Flare head structure guides even mixing of air and waste gas for better combustion.
3. Stable Combustion:Ignited by ignition system, realizing stable, smokeless and complete combustion.
4. Safe Emission:Converts toxic, flammable and explosive gas into CO2 and water vapor for safe emission.
