Working Principle

The core of the wastewater incinerator relies on high-temperature oxidation decomposition technology, and realizes harmless treatment of wastewater through a five-step process: pretreatment → atomization feeding → high-temperature combustion → flue gas purification → up-to-standard discharge. The details are as follows:
1.  Pretreatment: Import industrial wastewater into the adjustment tank, adjust pH value and concentration, remove large particle impurities to avoid blocking equipment and ensure stable feeding;
2.  Atomization Feeding: Atomize the pretreated wastewater into tiny droplets through high-pressure nozzles to increase the contact area with high-temperature air for full combustion;

 

 

3.  High-Temperature Combustion: Maintain a high-temperature environment of 850-1100ºC in the furnace. Organic substances and toxic substances in the wastewater undergo oxidation reactions and are completely decomposed into harmless carbon dioxide and water;
4.  Flue Gas Purification: The flue gas generated by combustion undergoes multiple treatments such as cooling, dust removal and desulfurization to remove harmful components and ensure up-to-standard emission;
5.  Up-to-Standard Discharge: The purified flue gas is discharged through the chimney, the residue generated by incineration is collected and treated uniformly, and the waste heat can be recovered for production or heating.
The whole process is fully automatically controlled by PLC, with real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and other parameters to ensure safe, stable and efficient operation.
