The core of the solid waste incinerator is high-temperature oxidative decomposition technology, which realizes complete harmless treatment of solid waste through controlled high-temperature combustion. The complete process is as follows
1. Solid Waste Feeding & Pretreatment: Solid waste is transported to the hopper through a conveyor, and large incombustibles are removed through sorting and crushing to ensure uniform feeding
2. Furnace High-temperature Combustion: Pretreated solid waste enters the furnace, undergoes full oxidative decomposition at 850-1100ºC, and organic components are converted into harmless substances such as CO2 and H2O
3. Secondary Combustion: Flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, stays at ≥1100ºC for ≥2 seconds, completely decomposes residual organic matter and dioxins
4. Flue Gas Purification: After waste heat recovery, high-temperature flue gas enters the dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification system, and is discharged after meeting standards
5. Slag & Fly Ash Treatment: Slag is comprehensively utilized after cooling, fly ash is safely disposed after solidification and stabilization to avoid secondary pollution
