Core Common Principle: "Atomization/Dispersion + Mixing" is KeyRegardless of the type of nozzle, its ultimate goal is to solve the problem of "difficulty in fully burning fuel" - liquid fuels (such as diesel oil and heavy oil), if burned directly, will not burn completely due to their small surface area and insufficient contact with air (resulting in black smoke and carbon deposits); gaseous fuels (such as natural gas), if ejected directly, will cause flame instability due to uneven flow rate/concentration. It is especially suitable for fuels with high viscosity that are difficult to atomize (e.g., heavy oil, residual oil).
Specific Process:
Step 1: Fuel oil flows out at a low speed from the central channel of the nozzle (with low pressure, only 0.05-0.2MPa), while the high-pressure atomization medium (e.g., compressed air) is ejected at a high speed from the "annular air holes" outside the fuel channel;
Step 2: The high-speed airflow collides violently with the low-speed fuel oil at the nozzle outlet, and the "shear force" of the airflow shatters the viscous fuel oil into tiny droplets (the droplet diameter can be as small as 30-80μm, finer than that of pressure atomization);
Step 3: At the same time, the airflow drives the atomized droplets to spread forward and mix with more air, avoiding carbon deposition caused by uneven atomization of high-viscosity fuel oil;

Step 1: Gas enters the nozzle's "flow distribution chamber" from the inlet, and the airflow is evenly distributed through the internal "flow equalizing orifice plate" (with multiple small circular holes) to avoid excessively high local flow rates;
Step 2: The evenly distributed gas is ejected from the "diffusion holes" at the nozzle outlet. The outlet is usually designed with an "air entrainment channel" - when the gas is ejected, it creates negative pressure to actively "suck in" surrounding air (entrainment effect) for preliminary mixing;
