Working Principle

Wastes are sent into the furnace through the feeding system, fully mixed with oxygen and burned at a high temperature of 850-1200ºC. Organic pollutants are oxidized and decomposed into harmless substances such as CO2and H2O. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is purified through waste heat recovery, quenching, desulfurization and denitrification, dust removal and other treatments before being discharged up to standard, and the residual ash can be disposed centrally.
