Our biogas flares are specially designed for the safe incineration and treatment of combustible gases such as biogas, landfill gas, livestock farm biogas, and industrial organic waste gas.
The product line is divided into two main series: enclosed biogas flares and open biogas flares.
With a modular skid-mounted structure, the equipment integrates an efficient combustion system, intelligent ignition control, wind resistance devices, and safety interlock systems.
It can achieve harmless and zero-emission treatment of biogas, avoiding safety and environmental risks caused by direct methane emission.

3.Working Principle

 

The core of the biogas flare is controlled high-temperature combustion technology. Through the four-step process of "gas intake control → precise ignition → high-temperature combustion → safe emission", it realizes harmless treatment of biogas. The specific process is as follows
1. Gas Intake Control: Biogas enters the combustion system through pressure stabilizing valve and flame arrester, and the intake pressure and flow are automatically adjusted according to the biogas volume to avoid overpressure risks
2. Precise Ignition: The system automatically triggers the electronic/automatic ignition device according to the biogas concentration and working conditions, and high-energy sparks ignite the biogas instantly

 
 

3. High-temperature Combustion: Biogas undergoes sufficient oxidative decomposition in the high-temperature combustion zone of 850-1100ºC, combustible substances such as methane are converted into CO2 and H2O, and toxic and harmful substances such as dioxins are decomposed simultaneously
4. Safe Emission: The high-temperature flue gas after combustion is discharged up to the standard through the chimney. Enclosed biogas flares are also equipped with sound absorption and heat insulation structures to reduce noise and thermal radiation. The whole process is intelligently monitored by PLC to ensure safe and stable operation
