Product Introduction

RTO Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is a high-end treatment equipment for high & medium concentration and large air volume VOCs organic waste gas. It adopts regenerative ceramic heat storage and exchange, and completely oxidizes organic waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature above 760ºC. It features high heat recovery rate and ultra-high purification efficiency, suitable for continuous and intermittent working conditions, and is the mainstream environmental protection equipment in chemical, coating and pharmaceutical industries.

Working Principle

 

 

After pretreatment and filtration, organic waste gas enters the regenerative chamber ceramic layer to absorb heat and heat up, then flows into the oxidation combustion chamber. The furnace maintains a high temperature of 760~950ºC, and organic VOCs are completely oxidized and decomposed into CO2and H2O with heat released. The high-temperature flue gas enters another regenerative chamber, stores heat in the ceramic body, and discharges up to standard after cooling down. The reversing valve switches the air flow direction regularly, and the ceramic heat storage is used to continuously preheat the incoming waste gas, realizing heat recycling and continuous high-efficiency incineration purification.
