Working Principle

 

 

Combustible waste gas is transported to the flare head through pipelines and fully mixed with air under the action of induced air or combustion-supporting air. Ignited by the ignition system, it burns stably at high temperature in the burner, converting toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water, and finally discharged safely through chimneys or high-altitude flares.
